Organization and implementation of training and development programs to ensure that management, staff and subcontractors are aware of the company's HSE policy and rules
Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations and standards.
Collect, analyze, and report data related to safety, environmental performance, and sustainability metrics.
Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Support the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-miss events.
Participate in safety and environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Help identify and address non-compliance issues and hazards.
Participate in the development and execution of sustainability initiatives and projects.
Contribute to the reduction of the organization's environmental footprint.
Maintain accurate records related to health, safety, environmental, and sustainability programs.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Bachelor/Master's degree in Environmental and Safety Engineering
1-2 years of entry-level relevant experience or internship is a plus.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and related ISO standards
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Advanced command of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Certification in relevant HSE or sustainability programs (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001) is a plus.
