Ensuring the proper functioning of electrical appliances (music, lights, computers, etc.).
Print out the schedules of the various care agents in order to prepare and organise the day.
Present the SPA and its various facilities to each client wishing to make a full visit to the SPA.
To be fully aware of the range of treatments offered to clients and to be able to describe them in a sincere and authentic way in order to make the client want to make a reservation.
Ensure the well-being of each client.
Handle telephone calls and make reservations in an appropriate manner, respecting the duration of each treatment.
