Act as primary system administrator for workflow management system – support over 1000 users across the business
As an owner of the process supports the effective business operation of the Company by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electronic workflow by implementing workflow technologies that serve the departments of the Company
Develop and maintain a complete process mapping by workflows of company different departments
Create, develop and update processes documentation
Help continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs
Recognise and escalate problems in order to avoid recurrences in the future
Provide strategic recommendations on workflow softwares for future implementation
Work closely with the other team members to ensure the end-to-end solution meet the business requirements
Be able to investigate issues under time constraints and be able prioritise other work accordingly
Responsible for the testing process through the workflow review and testing
Delivery of the training program, including, new developments/functionality training, ensuring all new users are trained in a timely manner and all relevant documentation is up to date and promoted to the organisation
Timely completion of tasks and finding solutions through a ticketing system
Take-over ownership and responsible for support of the different workflows already in place

Experienced in Workflow management tools is required
Basic knowledge of drag and drop (low code) method workflow management system
Basic knowledge of SQL for creating report queries
Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Having algorithm knowledge in order to write and build workflow
Having basic knowledge of C#, .Net and Typescript language is an advantage
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of team members
