• Responsible for coordination of the legal matters relevant to the residential real estate transactions, from drafting to closing banking and other legal documents.
• Collect and prepare all necessary legal documents in coordination between the sales team, client and legal department for the sale of residential properties.
• Manage all communication and interactions with the legal department on behalf of the sales team.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal procedures for the sales department and ensure compliance with them.
• Participate in notary processes on behalf of the sales department.
• Create, review, and obtain appropriate confirmations for contracts issued to clients.
• Prepare broker/agent/introducer contracts, handle documentation requirements, and arrange for signatures.
• Prepare marketing activity contracts with suppliers and third parties.
• Monitor customer requests, resolve issues, and assess the quality of customer service in the company from a legal perspective.
• Support sales managers in handling legal matters related to clients and brokers by verifying and providing the required response in collaboration with the legal team.
• Work closely with the sales operations administrator, sales team, and legal team to ensure smooth business operations.
• Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and systems to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain the storage, security, and accuracy of all legal paperwork and related information, ensuring that the latest and most relevant information is outlined in the S&M CRM platform.

A relevant Bachelors Degree is a mandatory requirement.
Quickly grasps industry-specific models and procedures.
Prior experience in residential real estate is considered an advantage.
Demonstrates high energy levels and the ability to think on ones feet.
Ensures meticulous and accurate control of documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exhibits a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all work-related interactions, whether internal or external.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
