To provide the service staff with printed checks, do the payments and closing the checks according to the established standards of restaurant;
To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily;
To be familiar with all food and beverage items and prices on the menu;
To complete opening and closing duties as assigned;
To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following prescribed procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items;
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the restaurant grooming standards;

A Bachelors degree (preferable) in related field coupled with experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a same or similar role;
Excellent mathematical and multitasking skills;
Proficiency in using computers, calculator, cash register, money counters and other machines required for transactions;
Strong communication and time management skills;
Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture;
