Provide efficient project coordination services to internal and external parties, ensuring high-quality deliverables;
Coordinate and support Functional Leaders in executing Data Programs, including planning and monitoring progress;
Collaborate with Holding companie responsible teams to ensure successful implementation of cross-company use cases (projects), acting as a point of contact for coordination, maintaining alignment and timely communication with key stakeholders;
Develop and maintain high-quality processes, procedures, and standards to enable cross-company use cases in collaboration with Holding companies data leads and other stakeholders;
Contribute to the annual data maturity assessment project, facilitating and managing all necessary project ceremonies to ensure transparent internal and external communication;
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and translate those discussions into workflows, processes, standards, presentations, and requirements;
Monitor cross-company use cases implementation and development, report on KPIs regularly, and make necessary adjustments to achieve business goals.
Assist in preparing and coordinating meeting agendas, reporting, and presentations for working group meetings

Minimum bachelors degree in related field;
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant field;
Availability of PMI certification (PMP), Prince 2 or the other PM certification;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
Vendor management skills;
Knowledge of software development processes, service delivery as plus;
