Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in the facility
Oversee and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
Provide technical support to staff and contractors, as required, to diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment and systems.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Assist in the procurement and installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our business operations and are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, and report any major issues to the Chief Engineer.
Assist in developing and managing the departmental budget, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed within the approved budget.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, and that all safety and regulatory requirements are met
Work with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement a comprehensive training and development program for junior engineers and technicians
Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all staff and contractors follow established safety procedures and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire safety systems
Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers and technicians
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and computer-aided design (CAD) software
Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English;
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
