To coordinate and control Sales team activity (New POS research, sales channels development, POS KPIs assessment process, building busineess relations with dealers and distributors)
To control and develop sales procedures (All Sales Points)
To insure permanent and smooth performance of POS
To insure Sales and Service high quality and development in POS (Maintaining detailed knowledge of products and services, ensure sales and high standard service to customers
To inspect regularly Sales Points of Dealers and Distributors
To cascade company strategies, targets, and priorities down to employees and contribute to identification of company strategies and priorities
To draw daily, weekly, monthly reports
To makes efforts and to control in order Dealer Sales points achieve their sales plan results put by the company
To suggest structural changes within group when necessary to provide effective execution of work and business targets in line with department and company targets, strategies and priorities

Higher education in Humanities or Economics
2-3 years sales work experience
1 years retail experience is plus
2 years of team management experience
Fluent in Azeri and Russian,Intermediate knowledge of English
Exellent knowledge of MS office programs (Excell, Word, Power Point), Internet Explorer
