Maintain e.g. classify and label the lab inventory;
Support faculty in preparing lab rooms for classes;
Design the annual activity plan for promoting innovation culture among students and faculty, as well as exploring investment and commercialization opportunities.
Agree the annual activity plan with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure effective implementation of the annual activity plan, including major events such as the ADA Innovation Award, training sessions, mentor talks, bootcamps, hackathons, etc.
Comply with the standard procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations;
Stay informed with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices;
Document all activities, results and report back to management;
Keep equipment and work area clean and tidy;
Undertake basic administrative tasks such as filing;
Perform hardware and software product testing;
Undertake any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar;
Experience with maintaining inventory;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Azerbaijani;
Good understanding of laboratory systems and laboratory equipment. Good knowledge in Laboratory Virtual Instruments such as Multisim, LabVIEW and programming and numeric computing platform such as MATLAB.
Ability to engage with students and faculty, understand their needs and requirements.
Experience in managing and delivering projects, organizing, and running trainings, making presentations.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and to work with minimal supervision.
Awareness of the local and global start-up/innovation trends, and desire to self-develop.
Ability to develop a strong network of contacts within industry and academia.
