Collaborate with the team to develop and define product categories and execute a retail business plan which will drive the growth of Saffron Group;
Analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand;
Develop and implement effective pricing structure to maintain the overall category competitive advantage in the market;
Utilize POS and consumer metrics to understand impact on restaurants sales and traffic;
Utilize data to make actionable recommendations at all levels;
Analyze past promotions and on-going programs to determine solid business conclusions using metrics like sales, transactions, mix, cost, etc.;
Turn large data-based analyses into clear, concise, and compelling presentations with actionable insights;
Project Management of developing and executing reports and conducting analyses to provide valuable insights of the business;
Develop, implement, and maintain automated reports on key results and performance metrics to support and improve business decisions;
Use advanced analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems and identify opportunities;
Aggregate data from multiple platforms reports to provide a complete picture and tell a story of the market and customer experience;
Interpret results of promotions and processes, making valuable suggestions to raise future performance;
Remain up to date with new technologies to identify opportunities to improve business intelligence processes;
Perform analyses to understand business performance, trends and customer behavior, and make recommendations to improve the profitability the business model, including price and Menu change impact;
Develop and implement effective pricing structure to maintain the overall category competitive advantage in the market;
Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing, and digital innovation strategies;
Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure that all data and reporting needs are met;
Analyze customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide strategic recommendations on ways to optimize and refine promotional activity;
Responsible for studying market condition to assess the potential sales of products and services.

Minimum 3 years experince in marketing analytics;
Bachelor’s Degree in a similar or related field;
Experience in the Restaurant or FMCG industry is an advantage;
Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are mandatory;
Proven analytical background and experience;
Advanced Excel and Financial modeling skills;
Creative problem-solving skills;
Highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills;
Strong understanding of database structure and management;
Conscientious about timeliness of assignments & quality of work product required;
Ability to manage multiple projects.
