Create Learning and Development plan in achieving objectives set in Operational Plan based on business needs;
Work effectively with members of management and human resources to create and develop effective learning and development programs within the Group;
Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers;
Provide relevant inputs in program design and facilitation;
Support in planning, scheduling and facilitating Learning and Development programs (online and in person);
Support with the internal and external communications for learning initiatives;
Support the team in the evaluation of programs and their effectiveness to access content fit to the needs.
Establish and maintain a working relationship with vendors and functional heads;
Negotiate with Vendors, Service Providers for implementation-specific training needs;
Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools (classroom instruction, virtual training, e-learning, on-the-job coaching and etc.)
Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending invitation information to all trainees;
Maintain records of training and development activities and conduct follow-up studies of completed training to evaluate and measure results;
Keep up to date with the latest trends in learning and development;
Ensure that new staff members receive an appropriate introductory set of trainings (Onboarding program implementation);
Write and edit content for internal employee communications, such as memos and newsletters;
Coordinate and publish regular company-wide newsflashes in an inn

Bachelors degree in relevant field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development;
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives;
Familiarity with modern training methods, tools and techniques;
Effective collaboration with internal and external project team members;
Strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Good command of Microsoft Office and related programs;
Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian is additional advantage)
