Lead the retail, office, residential, hotel and shopping centre renovation/reconstruction projects.
Technical review of all project in DWG files.
Prepare design, spec and BOQ for revision works of the projects
Determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs, and fit-out/reconstruction time.
Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during fit-out/reconstruction to monitor compliance with plans.
Translating and transferring the needs of the leasing/commercial department to construction team.
Researches, plans, designs and administers fit-out/reconstructed projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.

Good knowledge of international standards such as NFPA, BS, IBC, ASME, ISO, IEC, BOMA, RICS etc.
Good organizing skills, team management skills, communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable
Familiarity with MEP works
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or design field
Good knowledge of speaking and writing in English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
