Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.

Minimum 7-10 years experience in the Procurement and Supply Chain management roles, preferably in production and manufacturing companies
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government and international regulations (Incoterms) related with purchasing, logistics and procurement
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.
Good working knowledge of English
