Development and implementation of annual Internal & external communication plan;
Planning, coordination and communication of engagement activities and projects;
Planning, promoting, and overseeing concept and logistics for events such as site-wide celebrations: holidays, management events, employee recognition, employee contests, etc.;
Responsible for External Communication projects i.e. Social Media projects, cooperation with Governmental Institutions (Labor and Education Ministries) related to Labor Market attraction;
Responsible for companywide projects communication planning and implementation;
Responsible for Crisis Communication related to employer image;
Responsible for Employee Engagement Survey & follow up: drive participation, assist and support action plans;
Drive Company’s wellbeing agenda;

Ensure that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and followed at all times.

5+ years pf experience as a senior specialist in corporate communication and PR function;
Experience in Communication Strategy design and implementation;
Well established relationships with local Mass Media representatives;
Events Management skills;
SMM skills;
Native Azerbaijani, Advanced English knowledge;
Knowledge of MS office programs: Outlook, Power point, Word, Excel; Design software is an advantage;
Ability of project coordination;
Good people orientation and communication skills;
