Assisting and advising customers to choose from a variety of travel options.
Responding to questions about the hotel’s amenities and services, including room rates, room availability, and booking policies
Checking availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
Making reservations based on various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Preparing documentation for confirmed bookings necessary for payment collection.
Sorting out any post-booking issues that may arise.
Selling and promoting reservation services.
Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Other tasks as required by management.

Excellent communications in English,Azerbaijani and Russian languages, written and verbal.
