Assist in the creation of electronic document circulation tools, implementation of innovations, and healthy functioning of existing tools
Making sure that the automatic letters sent by the system according to the workflow are in good layout and design, if necessary, prepare new layouts and designs through special programs (html, css editor)
Control the general statuses of requests created in electronic document circulation tools
Prepare reports on open and expired requests on a regular basis
Manage HRIS technical support platform, resolve incoming queries or direct them to relevant persons
Provide on-site or remote technical support to HRIS users and prepare instructional materials and manuals as needed
Create different databases and tables according to the needs
Insert data to relevant HRIS, databases, and tables
Provide HRIS user groups with secure access to data according to their privilege levels
Give suggestions on the visual appearance of the reports prepared for management and adaptation to the "user-friendly" concept
Prepare the organizational chart in relevant business applications, regularly update it according to the internal structure and other changes
Update the changed data in the "Active directory" applications parallel to the change of employee data (mobile number, position, department, etc.) in the relevant human resources management system
Ensure that the turnover staff list is updated daily for various purposes.
