Senior Visual Merchandiser taking responsibility for the look of the store, with the aim of promoting products in order to maximize sales;
Senior Visual Merchandiser is mostly required to work at the stores to lead a team of Junior Visual Coordinators and staff for smoothly carrying out all activities;
Develop short and long-term visual strategies that support each chain/store, create visual merchandising packs to communicate visual guidelines including layout principles, visual dressings to the Retail teams;
Responsible for all in-store visual merchandising aspects involved in the various brand and retail channels, create floor sets, podium, window and mannequins’ directives;
Responsible for any in store installations, implementation of window displays, podiums, stands, corners;
Responsible for fixture and furniture installations, during the new store opening process, seasonal in-store changes, special activities to showcase new and existing product categories and new initiatives;
Manage quarterly visual calendars and ensure deadlines are met consistently;
Communicate regularly with Buying and Retail departments and provide visual presentation feedback and direction on each store/brand;
Ensure Brand guidelines are well established in each store, monitor Retail team performance in maintaining VM guidelines;
Identify and negotiate any VM related problems through communication with Brand partners;
Attend trainings, events, fairs and exhibitions provided by Brand partners to remain up- to-date with the latest innovations and markets trends;
Conduct research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle, and associated target market features;
Weekly/monthly reports as per Brands requirements;
Responsible for VM related points in marketing activties like video, photoshoot, styling, etc;
Implementing dynamic store zoning as per Brands standards and guidelines and in collaboration with Retail teams;
Develop merchandising strategies based on the physical inventory of the stores, alter the floor plan based on the new deliveries, what is selling well, what is on sale, and what is in season;
Responsible for all in-store VM materials, fixtures, mannequins distribution, placement, maintenance;
Preparation and installation seasonal graphics, visuals and lightboxes, inlcduing Sale periods;
Weekly, monthly activity reports;
Overview of the stores total look, report and follow up on maintenance issues with Operations department;
Weekly store visits and train sales teams in-store visual merchandising techniques and concepts;
Provide informal coaching and support during the course of any given day;
Guide sales associates through a training program that goes over the companys visual standards;
Build strong partnerships and communication with key cross functional teams across the stores;

3-5 years of visual merchandising experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel);
Manage the cross-functional communication including key relationships with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales & Brand partners;
Deliver new store openings on time and within budget;
Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards, with adaptions and localization in consultation with VM team;
Ensuring store upkeep and maintenance, consistency and uniformity of displays across multiple store locations;
Strong personality, good in leadership, communication skill, interpersonal skill, and good in analytical thinking;
Capability to lead team in a fast-paced environment;
Strong attention to details, e.g., standards, marketing, lighting, fixturing, windows;
The ability to be creative and inspire others;
Awareness of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them back into visual merchandising;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
