To supervise the performance of hazardous work in radio input network operations, check the availability of work permits for hazardous operations (altitude, electricity)
To carry out monthly field inspections on Occupational Safety and Health, preparation of reports
Strictly monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment in Azerconnects work areas
Do not allow work to be done without the required clothing
If necessary, travel to the regions (during Inspections and Emergencies)
To monitor the implementation of corrective action
To provide radio base stations with the necessary Security Signs
To control the supply of radio base stations with fire extinguishers
To check the Personal Protection Means and Tools of the Azerconnect staff working in Radio Network operations every 6 months, as well as to monitor the compliance of contractors and subcontractors working in radio network operations with the safety requirements and to check the PPE of their employees
To control the observance of Occupational Safety and Health in all places of AZRC, including in the office, (RAN), local area networks, vehicles and any other objects under the control of AZRC
To control the implementation of hazardous work in the field, give pre-work instructions
To regular inspection of places, areas, objects and tools of AZRC and organize and conduct tests on occupational safety and health
To provide management with weekly key performance reports, presentation notes, and other reports required by the supervisor
To assist the incident investigation committee in investigating the incidents, submit timely initial incident reports to find the root causes
Hazard identification and risk assessment by type of work
To conduct initial and re-assessment of environmental aspects
