Strengthening and improving relationships with existing corporate customers, disseminating the company's products and services among potential customers
Providing quality information service to the customers upon request
Filling out the application form by customers, collecting additional information about customer and submitting information to the Underwriting Department to determine the tariff rate and insurance terms
Timely submission of the application form to the Underwriting Department and receipt of ready insurance contracts and insurance certificates within the specified period
Timely submission of the insurance contract to the client, providing clear instruction on the details and terms of the insurance offer
Regularly check and monitor the payment of insurance premiums by customers within a specified period, as well as provide the Finance Department with the necessary information on the payment under the guidance of the direct manager
Daily recording of meetings and negotiations with potential customers, sent / submitted proposals, insurance terms, results of meetings and negotiations in the database and submission to the head of the department
Preparation of proposal presentations to be presented to corporate clients

Degree in Business or Marketing
Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, good command of Russian is an advantage
Good user in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
