Ensures
recruitment policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are
filled efficiently and effectively.
Closely works
with HR Business Partners and site management to understand and anticipate
recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow.
Consolidate,
analyze, and align employee request forms for SDM and other downstream
entities under SDM management with respective parties.
Sourcing
potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and
professional networks).
Plan interview
and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and
in-person interviews.
Document interview
results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well
as all no-show reasons.
Determine
appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and support
administration of pre-employment testing and preliminary behavioral interviewing.
Ensure final
interviews are arranged with respective function leads and HR Business
Partners.
Supports HR BP
Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities.
Collaborates with
recruitment agencies and ensures the organization of periodic career fairs
Together with HR
Business Partners monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill,
time-to-hire and source of hire.

Minimum bachelor’s
degree in Social sciences (Human Resources Management, Business
Administration, Psychology, Sociology etc.)
SHRM/CIPD
certificates are desired.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office programs
Excellent verbal
and written communication in Azerbaijani and English languages.
Excellent
communication, listening, analytical, interpersonal, persuasion, and
conflict resolution skills.
Excellent time
management and presentation skills with the proven ability to meet
deadlines.
Minimum 5 years of
professional experience in recruitment with 2 years spent in supervisory
position.
