Summary: Ensures implementation of HR strategy to support Business strategy in order to meet organizational goals. Ensures required performance of strategic business partnership and shared services. Effectively communicate with centers of excellence in order to implement holding’s policies and regulations. Effectively guide business leaders on proper human resources management solutions in order to develop human resources capital within the organization.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Description:

• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets stakeholders’ information needs;
• Prepares presentations to stakeholders regarding human resources policies and practices;
• Manages recruitment process in the Company;
• Participates in the recruitment process of senior staff;
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation and onboarding;
• Coordinates CEO awareness in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and ethics;
• Analyzes salary and benefits reports and data to advise competitive compensation plan;
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs;
• Manages administration of performance review process to ensure effectiveness & compliance within organization;
• Supervises benefits programs;
• Investigates ethical accidents and prepares reports to CEO and Ethics Committee;
• Supervises participation in salary surveys within labor market to determine competitive salary rate;
• Manages preparation of employee termination notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind termination;
• Administers reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover;
• Coordinates with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, consultants etc.

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in function;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders;
• Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
• The ability to manage multi-task effectively and interact in the organization;
• Availability of related certificates is beneficial;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Working knowledge of MS Suite;
• Clear, concise communications.
