Work with Holding companies’ responsible
teams to make sure that cross-company projects properly implementing;
Keep activities aligned and oriented toward
the greatest business need while maintaining timely communication with all
key stakeholders and alignment with teammates inside and outside of the
Data office. Acts as point of contact for cross-company projects;
Works with Holding companies’ data leads
and other stakeholders to develop and maintain high-quality processes,
procedures, and standards for cross-company projects implementation and
development;
Contribute to maturity assessment project
establishment and development;
Facilitate discussion with stakeholders and
translate those discussions into
workflows/processes/standards/presentations/requirements;
Maintain and routinely report on KPIs to
monitor cross-company projects implementation and development;
Generate high-quality
reports/visualizations to demonstrate effectiveness progress regularly and
escalate potential issues to the Data Governance Lead and/or higher
management;
Support preparation and coordination of
meetings agendas, reporting, and presentations for working group meetings;
Help identify opportunities to standardize
processes and implement solutions that would continue to grow data
governance maturity. This may require business case analysis, vetting
potential solutions, managing implementations along with developing any
needed training and communication associated with assigned tasks and
projects;
Provide recommendations for improving the
overall organizations’ data governance and related processes and perform
all required actions to make sure effectiveness of process;
Serve as subject matter expert for Holding
companies on Platform Governance and Data Governance topics

Bachelor’s degree in relevant area;
3-4 years of professional experience in a
relevant area;
Strong analytical, problem solving,
organizational and time management skills;
Strong communication skills
(verbal/written): English, Azerbaijani and Russian
Experience in project management
(certification as plus)
Individual who can facilitate project
decisions and navigate issues across multiple teams;
Experience with business process design,
implementation, and improvement
Experience developing best practices,
policies, and/or procedures
Strong interpersonal and negotiation
skills; track record of ability to influence a diverse group of
stakeholders;
Working knowledge of MS Suite;
Knowledge of Finance/Insurance market is
preferable;
Knowledge of Data Governance Policies &
Procedures is beneficial
