To plan, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns
To update content of the website in line with business needs
To perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis (SEO)
To coordinate creation and performance of display ads
To coordinate digital, creative and media agency tasks to maintain fruitful collaboration
To measure and report performance of all digital advertising campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI/ KPIs etc.)

University Degree (University degree in Marketing is a plus)
At least 3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing (Work experience in Telecommunications and advertising agency is a plus)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads (GDN, Search, YouTube ads etc), Yandex Direct etc.
Experience in e-mail marketing
Initiative and creative
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Knowledge of modern digital technologies and ability to have online research skills
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Data Studio)
Ability to cooperate with partners
Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian language is a plus)
Google (Ads, Analytics, YouTube, Data Studio etc.) HubSpot, Yandex (Direct, Metrica), CDMP (Certified Digital Marketing Professional), Facebook BluePrint, etc. certificates are a plus
