Experience in the direction of monitoring operations or claim work in the banking sector from 1 year;
Experience in the field of Internet acquiring of bank payment cards from 1 year;
Knowledge of regulatory documents related to the processing of financial claims (chargeback) and the rules of MPS;
Knowledge of English - not lower than Upper Intermediate;
High level of responsibility, analytical thinking.
