Tracks that all the phone calls received, and the actions taken.
Keeps the positive and professional environment among the staff.
Collaborates with the sales team.
Assists managing the packages, offers and rates of the hotel in OPERA PMS.
Monitors all the different ways of reservation like the online reservation.
Checks all the reservations to avoid any mistakes during uploading data to the software.
Assists managing all the available data on the different channels.
Assists in creating an account to the hotel on the different hotel reservation platforms.
Knows all the hotel policies, procedures and payment methods.
Checks all the reservations daily to avoid any delay.
Ensures that the reservation email has been sent to the customers after reservation.
Updates OPERA PMS in case of no show, cancellation.
Checks the arrival of the VIP and special requests.

Previous experience in Reservations or Front Office is manadatory .
Knowledge of OPERA PMS.
Strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages.
