Effectively plan and execute digital
marketing plan through a variety of methods including automation, A/B
testing, targeted campaigns etc.;
Own all digital marketing activities related
to Google Search, Google Display, YouTube video ads and email marketing;
Regularly conducting in-depth analysis of
digital data & performance against KPI’s, benchmarks and objectives,
converting raw data into actionable business insights and presenting to
different stakeholders;
Identify trends and insights, and optimize
spend and performance based on the insights;
Plan, execute and measure experiments and
conversion tests;
Collaborate with internal teams to
brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and optimize the user
experience;
Utilize the strong analytical ability to
evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and
customer touch points.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or
business administration. Education abroad is an advantage;
1+ years of experience in digital
marketing, fast-paced advertising agency experience is a strong plus;
DMI certification with distinction is an
asset. Other relevant certifications from Google, Facebook, Hootsuite,
SEMrush etc. are advantage;
Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, Data Studio
etc.);
