Job description:

Arrange and provide brifieng and background information all the meetings;

Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages;

Participated in the negotiations conducted by the head of the structure during the meetings, to provide simultaneous interpretation;

Meeting and greeting visitors at all level of seniority;

Plans, coordinates and ensures Director’s schedule is followed and respected;

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships internal and external partners;

Initiating corrective action when required.
