Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation in compliance with Labor Law and Company standards, policies and procedures.
Manage and register vacation balances, vacation orders, sickness and unpaid leaves and other absences documentation.
Maintain and keep updated all personnel records on computer database and personnel files;
Assist Payroll Team with the required employee information.
Prepares salary/reference letters to embassies, banks, etc.
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Maintains the Medical Insurance and Fitness Club memberships.
Performs other duties as assigned.

University Degree in Law, Economy, Psychology, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
Minimum 1-year experience in an HR Assistant role
Good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, integrity, and professionalism
Proficient with advanced use of MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Time management and ability to meet the deadlines
Business fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English is required, Russian will be considered an asset
