Draft, review, and manage contractual agreements between company and vendors
Analyze, negotiate, and execute contracts for various procurement and supply activities
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence
Maintain and control contract-related payment issues
Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders
Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract
Keep track of contracts and extend, renew, or close them out
Assist with the employer's compliance with mandatory standards
Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations
Prepare and submit periodical reports to Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

High education is preferable
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant field
Excellent verbal and written skills in Azeri, English, Turkish (will be an advantage)
General computer knowledge including the use the Microsoft Office programs.
SAP knowledge is essential
