• Customer Service experience in Hospitality sphere
• A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable
• Excellent presentation skills
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
• Minimum one year work experience as a Waitress
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Knowledge of perfect Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
• Flexible to work on all shifts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
