Set the “commercial idea” for new stores and rebuilds to create the
strongest outcome for sales and brand by securing optimal concept mix,
size, and placement as well as façade intent
Have full understanding of the commerciality and quality of
existing store portfolio in dedicated area to enable active portfolio
management
Review existing stores to secure all commercial aspects before
starting with the new commercial idea
Present each project’s commercial idea for management’s approval
Maintain full knowledge of relevant guidelines and best practices
Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to relevant functions
regarding experiences received from site visits of new and existing stores
Set schedule for design related tasks/actions
Finalize drawings according to agreed schedule
Follow up on schedule and communication for project
Take ownership of analyzing both successes and learnings for
projects.

3 years’ working experience within the area of commercial/retail
architecture or interior design with focus on store concept development
and/or store design and plannin
Proficient in design programs
Proactive self-starter that operates with little supervision and
takes ownership
Strong project management skills, ability to oversee and manage
multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders
Goal-oriented problem solver with commitment to deliver strong
results in a fast-paced environment
Great communication and presentation skills
Possess the ability to think outside of the box and develop
creative solutions to space issues
Demonstrate a high degree of personal dedication to providing
thorough, top-quality work
Maximize productivity through time management while promoting
teamwork and actively contributing to a positive work environment
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Ability to evaluate feedback on layouts and be able to make
fact-based decisions that relate to interior guidelines, site specific
locations, and requests from other functions
