Ensure all work is carried out
in accordance with Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic, Company Management
Systems, Procedures, and client specific requirements, where appropriate.
Process periodic and
post-illness medical examination arrangements within the timeframes
identified.
Ensure the validity, accuracy
and timely submission of all Medical Certificates to the relevant
structures.
Arrange medical insurance and
issue of PPE for new starters as required.
Ensure that employee’s records
and associated changes are entered/ updated correctly within the strict
time frames.
Maintain the Personnel
Information database in an accurate manner.
Process, review and control of
all personnel/ movement related records within systems.
Assist with Vendor and
Subcontractor personnel offshore mobilization.
Maintain confidentiality
within the Human Resources Department.
Respond to personnel inquiries
in an efficient way.
Stand as a Key Contact for
employees in daily issues and provide a consultation for personnel as
required.
Receive and distribute mails
at various times daily and as required.
Possess a thorough
understanding of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure
according to the general standards set by the company.
Maintain strict security in
respect of personal information, both on computer and in personnel files.
Attend, at Group base or
Client premises, meetings and additional trainings, as may be required.
Undertake administrative tasks
as requested by the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Logistics
Coordinator.
Use of safe approach in
working practices, following the objectives of the Office and
Project-specific Health, Safety and Environmental Plans.
Organise welcome letters and
inform verbally the employees on travel arrangements when and as required.
Arrange hotel and in house
accommodation as and when required.
Arrange pre-employment,
periodic medical examination arrangement as well as consultation for
personnel.
Liaise with personnel booked
for examination advising them of dates as far in advance as possible.
Assist Operations Department
by ensuring the constant supply of personnel without any disruptions.
Submit the travel schedules of
international employees to the responsible person.

Bachelors degree is required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft
Office.
Good level of verbal and
written English language.
High level of verbal and
written Azerbaijani language.
Experience in Human Resources
Administration is advantageous.
Experience in Logistics
Administration (Travel/Visa Migration/ Medical arrangements) is
advantageous.
Ability to work individually
