Receive and allocate hotel
guests in positive manner, and also respond to their inquirers during
their stay;
Build pleasant and positive
relationship with guests to make their stay in the hotel comfortable and
respond to any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner to
protect the image of the hotel;
Maintain orderliness at the
desk by arranging documents accordingly and keeping the desk area clean at
all times;
Report issues of maintenance
and malfunctioning appliances to the manager for quick repair to ensure
guests comfort and satisfaction;
Assist in getting client
feedback regarding the level of services delivered to improve the service
delivery;
Assist all departments in
servicing the guests especially during high volume periods;
Receive guests complaints /
feedbacks and direct them to appropriate departments for resolution;
Perform other duties as
assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management;

Previous experience of at
least 1 year of experience as FO Agent (Receptionist) is highly
preferable.
Knowledge of OPERA PMS is
mandaroty.
Good communication skills, and
ability to work in a team.
Good knowledge of Azerbaijani,
Russian or/and English languages.
A polite, engaging
personality, flexible to work various shifts.
