• To maintain and exceed the hotel’s revenue goals as outlined in the Business Plan within the allocated market segments.
• To conduct on-going research on customers’ requirements and provide feedback.
• To maintain the necessary level of sales activity through the sales organization, both by call and one-on-one with clients, and both in the hotel and outside it to offer a service of the hotel.
• To maintain an accurate and updated self-accounts Database.
• To follow up timely on all requests and calls.
• To organize familiarization tours of the hotel.
• To maintain an accurate and updated the Hotel Database accounts.
• To maintain competitors and market conditions awareness and provide feedback
• To promote and maintain the hotel’s pricing guidelines.
• To respond to customers’ requests and work with customers to promptly answer all problems and complaints. To provide courteous and responsive assistance to the clients to ensure superior customer service.
• To achieve and maintain a complete product knowledge.
• To attend Trade shows locally and internationally when requested.
• To maintain the confidentiality of the information directly related to the hotel’s activities and will not divulge such information outside the hotel.
• To submit a weekly Sales activity report to the Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing.
