• To maintain and exceed the hotel’s revenue goals as outlined in the Business Plan within the allocated market segments. • To conduct on-going research on customers’ requirements and provide feedback. • To maintain the necessary level of sales activity through the sales organization, both by call and one-on-one with clients, and both in the hotel and outside it to offer a service of the hotel. • To maintain an accurate and updated self-accounts Database. • To follow up timely on all requests and calls. • To organize familiarization tours of the hotel. • To maintain an accurate and updated the Hotel Database accounts. • To maintain competitors and market conditions awareness and provide feedback • To promote and maintain the hotel’s pricing guidelines. • To respond to customers’ requests and work with customers to promptly answer all problems and complaints. To provide courteous and responsive assistance to the clients to ensure superior customer service. • To achieve and maintain a complete product knowledge. • To attend Trade shows locally and internationally when requested. • To maintain the confidentiality of the information directly related to the hotel’s activities and will not divulge such information outside the hotel. • To submit a weekly Sales activity report to the Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing.

Work experience: 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
Completed Bachelor Degree, (preferably with the major in the hospitality industry)
Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian, English languages
Ability to analyze and manage multiple tasks
Good written and verbal communication, proficiency in Office programs and Opera PMS
