Developing framework, policies,
procedures, tools, instruments and implementing them into Learning and
Development Process;
Identify skills and abilities
needed amongst individual contributors and develop dynamic training solutions
to address these needs to get them ready for leadership;
Provide companywide development
analysis and plan preparation;
Monitor development costs and
prepare budget reports to justify expenditures;
Producing the reports related to
Learning and Development Process;
Ensure that onboarding and ongoing
programs in site are properly set up for success;
İdentification and continuous development of internal
trainers and check & maintain materials and curricula;
Monitor, evaluate training
activities and effectiveness and impact of training programs for continuous
improvement;
Drive awareness of available
training and resources through creative campaigns and other internal process.

Higher education;
Experience in HR sphere up to 3
years;learning development experience is preferred;
Fluent in the Azerbaijani and
English languages ;
Avid user of Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word,Powerpoint);
Positive personality features like
responsibility, accuracy, precision and reliability;
Team work and collaboration skills;
Strong communication skills;
Design thinking;
Analytical thinking;
Result oriented;
Accurate and timely execution of
tasks.
Working schedule : 5 days a week,
from 09:00 to 18:00. Based on nature of the work you will be able to fork from
office and from home
