Creation and management of personal files of employees, work time accounting controls, work documentation related to the acceptance and dismissal of the employees;
Drafting and reviewing various documents (templates, letters, requests etc.);
Payroll supporting;
Regular communication with clients and the state authorities;
Assisting the team members within multifunctional projects;
Visiting client office, state authorities, notaries if so required within the project scope.
