Supervise preparations and definition of the Sales &
Marketing policies and SOPs for all Saffron restaurants;
Oversee the process of the Saffron Restaurant Group
sales and marketing activities, staff recruitment, skills development,
performance evaluation systems, and effective succession planning and
talent development;
Ensure monitoring of restaurant food, beverage an,d
additional product sales (including entertainment event ticket sales) and
communication to assist each restaurant manager (and Executive Chefs) in
achieving their Sales & Marketing goals;
Align the Strategic Sales and Marketing Objectives of
each restaurant with the asset manager, Saffron Group Operations Director,
and Saffron Group CEO to ensure the achievement of strategic Sales
objectives of Saffron Group;
Draft budgets and control their execution for
miscellaneous sales activities, promotions, marketing actions and
entertainment programs (align with Group Operations Director and
restaurant managers)
Ensure detailed analysis of benchmarks between Saffron
restaurants and follow-up on developments of the competitor restaurants
(new kitchen concepts, new locations, renovations, occupancy for
breakfast/lunch/dinner, weekday/weekend, special campaigns, combo F&B
offer promotions, marketing efforts, theme events etc.);
Ensure dedicated sales analytics team to analyze
food/beverage sales and produce relevant insights for active contribution
to menu engineering workshop with Group Operations Director and restaurant
managers;
Exploit all feasible digital marketing opportunities and
place Saffron restaurants at the forefront of desktop/mobile web business
techniques to increase walk-in guest traffic, and food delivery and reach
wider brand/product awareness;
Bring sales and marketing automation software used in
Saffron restaurants to common standards (except specific
software/platforms defined by franchise brand agreements) and set up
appropriate current and potential guest information distribution between restaurants
through central CRM software;
Ensure the development and active implementation of the
multifunctional yet easy-to-use Saffron mobile application;
Lead development of loyalty program across all
restaurants of Saffron Restaurant Group;
Contribute to set-up and follow-up of
efficient/unified/normalized guests’ personal data and service preferences
sharing via unified CRM and Point-of-Sale software (Oracle Micros, IIKO,
R-Keeper, Robot POS) and additional platforms across all restaurants to
monitor repeating customers from Group point of view, to assure guest
satisfaction/loyalty about personal recognition and accurate records of
food/beverage/service preferences;
Ensure regular update of existing content about the
restaurants and addition of new content (contact info, kitchen
description, popular/new/promo food&drinks, upcoming events info, Ex
Chef info and etc.) on social media (Google business, YouTube, Facebook,
Instagram, Tik Tok and other relevant), HoReCa news portals, Saffron and
partner mobile apps; aggregator apps, Saffron printed indoor/outdoor
materials and other internet portals;
Deploy all efforts for mutual promotion of Saffron
restaurants via printed/online menu, printed indoor/outdoor visuals, web
resources, front staff cross selling programs;
Build relationships with food/lifestyle/travel
influencers/celebrities/vloggers, graphic designers, photographers,
videographers, print agencies, marketing and PR agencies, media
representatives, entertainment and corporate/private/VIP event service
providers.
Analyze all food delivery aggregator platforms order
details to retrieve useful insights for daily on-site F&B sales and
development of Saffron dark kitchen ecosystem;
Ensure dedicated sales team along with restaurant
managers actively scans and convert to closed deals all chances for
corporate/private group and concert events in Saffron restaurants and
event halls;
Be the Group voice of Saffron assets when negotiating
with travel agencies

Bachelor Degree in Marketing field;
At least 10 years of experience in Senior Marketing
roles of service industry primarily for B2C;
Understanding of running proper and thorough market
research techniques and data analytics;
Be digitally savvy to exploit all benefits of online
resources for a restaurant business;
Knowledge of principles for drafting requirements for an
engagement of local and international ad agencies;
Knowledge of globally popular F&B brands’ franchise
contract terms;
Knowledge of local online/offline and international online
media channels, media buying agencies, and their pricing
tactics;
Knowledge of key principles of result oriented
involvement of celebrities, influencers and bloggers;
Understanding of hospitality P&L analysis for the
whole restaurant performance and specific sales& marketing activities;
Knowledge of local and globally successful restaurant
ecosystem players, kitchen concepts, Ex Chefs, launch/turnaround success
stories;
Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are
