Plan periodic maintenance and repair requests regarding
various facilities (building structures, building management systems,
elevators, fire safety systems, HVAC, MEP, exhaust hoods, kitchen/bar
equipment, multimedia equipment, furniture, special lighting, landscaping,
parking lots, utility service systems (electricity, gas, water, sewage)
and etc.)) within Saffron Restaurant Group in a central Facility
Management software or a database;
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with
restaurant managers and on-site technicians;
Supervise the day-to-day operations of technicians and
ensure cross-asset use of staff across Saffron Group;
Maximize in-house execution of maintenance requests when
possible;
Ensure upgrading equipment maintenance skills of Saffron
technicians and their certification;
Monitor timeliness and quality of completion of repair
work orders;
Interact with respective state bodies regarding utility
services system issues/redesign, building construction/repair projects to
ensure proper compliance with national legislation;
Assist Restaurant managers, Executive Chefs and F&B
managers with definition of criteria for purchasing new equipment,
supplies and maintenance services;
Assist Finance department in fixed asset registry updates
to ensure comprehensive list of unused equipment available at central
warehouse or various Saffron premises.
Promote the equipment list to restaurant managers prior
to ordering new equipment;
Follow up with Procurement department about the status
of equipment purchase or maintenance service tenders;
Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of
facilities in order to determine the type of work required, explore
chances to build optimal calendar of maintenance work by vendors to reduce
costs of both sides;
Ensure all technical employees have the proper supplies,
equipment, and uniforms;
Set a positive example for customer relations;
Inspect all work premises and equipment to ensure fire
safety, prevention of hazards related to use of public utility services
(electricity, gas and water infrastructure), construction safety and
general work safety to make sure theyre in compliance with respective
legal regulations of Azerbaijan Republic;
Help train employees in safety procedures.

At least 5 years of facility management experience
across multiple locations;
Knowledge of hospitality equipment and building
management systems vendors;
Knowledge of facility management log software;
Experience in planning and buying new equipment and
maintenance services for restaurants and hotels;
Experience in handling redesign of public utility
services, proper filing with respective state bodies and respective
national legislation;
Experience in handling redesign of buildings and
affiliate premises, proper filing with respective state bodies and
respective national legislation;
Language skills: Azerbaijani is must, English and
Russian languages are preferable.
