Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that
assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and
timelines.
Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange
meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly
informed of the status of the program.
Regularly communicates with management regarding the
program’s status and any problems or potential problems. Forecasts
potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Lead the implementation of the ERP system across the
Company.
Project manage the implementation projects across the
various modules and functional teams.
Co-ordinate between the functional leads, IT and ERP
consultants.
Deliver the project on time and in budget.
Administer the ERP on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure strong internal controls and in place and not
compromised.
Develop reports, forms, and workflows.
Continuously improve and streamline the running of the
ERP
Coordinates timely, accurate update and maintenance of
functional desktop procedures used by central Bravo departments as well as
end user documentation.
Oversees logging/tracking of functional and system
issues with Bravo customer support.
Seeks input from and coordinates system improvements
with a diverse user community and serves as a liaison with decentralized
users.

Bachelors degree in related field required.
At least six years of related experience required.
