Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Group Management System Procedures & worldwide standards
Plan and co-ordinate project work and Report on a regular basis and provide future work forecasts of all involved activities to KCA DEUTAG Management
Establish, communicate and implement standard processes for procurement planning, QA requirements, goods receipt, goods shipment and standard processes for invoice payment.
Developing and supporting the implementation of the GSM policy and practice framework including standards, guidelines, processes and procedures that enable the efficient sourcing and delivery of materials, equipment and services.
Monitor and control the Maximo business processes and the standards
Providing leadership within their speciality and area of responsibility
Commitment to the training and development of local personnel. Supporting the delivery of training through internal or external resources and, providing coaching and mentoring where required.
Maintain awareness of Materials Management best practice and supply management techniques and act as the local functional expert in these matters
Carry out spot checks of Inventory Management on all platforms to ensure accuracy of Stock.
Assess condition of OEM spare parts held on offshore platforms to determine suitability and fit for purpose
Work with all onshore and offshore personnel to ensure that the SCM function is fully committed to a robust set of principles and procedures.
