Make sure that all shutdown
POs are allocated to shutdown area after competition of QA/QC inspection
Make sure that parts stated as
NCR (after QA/QC inspection) are sorted/cleared and allocated to shutdown
area
Make sure that all shutdown
related parts are physically checked/verified and boxed up
Inform (24hrs notice) WHSE
materials, transport & CCU departments about required transfer (what,
from, where & when)
Ensure that WHSE reps transfer
materials/spares from general stock according to instruction from SCM
Liaise with Vendors &
Engineering with notification of requirements & start dates.
Ensure that the shutdown area
at the Turan WHSE is always maintained in a tidy, organised manner to
enable quick identification of parts
Ensure correct segregation of
parts is continually maintained at the Turan WHSE shutdown areas
Supervise/report shutdown
progress throughout duration of Shutdown
Ensure all equipment is back
loaded as required & rental equipment is returned in a timely manner
Coordinate all shutdown
planned work scopes to maximise productivity and minimise the shutdown
critical path time
Ensure any NPT is approved and
recorded on the Daily Shutdown report
Complete inventory of all
materials that are leftover or back loaded to WHSE Shutdown area. On
completion issue list to WHSE for uploading back into stock
Manage all Third-Party Vendors
to ensure completion of work scopes within the agreed time frame

maintenance engineering in the Drilling O & G industry preferably at a
supervisory level.
Good working knowledge with
API Standards and recommendations.
Strong Leadership, supervisory
& communication experience.
Experience in working with 5th
Generation Drilling equipment.
Fully computer literate
working with Microsoft office, Word, Excel etc.
