Participate in the development of the annual working plan;
Creates and sends the requests for the provision of information
necessary for the analytical procedures;
Collects and processes information received from the business
units;
Performs the analysis and evaluation of economic activities,
financial and economic condition of business units as well as Head office;
Prepares specific analytical reports for the management on a
periodical basis;
Participates in the preparation of a preliminary version of the
annual and other types of budgets;
Performs internal control and budget control procedures,
participates in the internal controls designing projects;

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA;
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business analysis or
a related field;
Prior work experience in production analytics field;
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills;
Advanced technical skills, experience in creating detailed
reports and giving presentations;
Knowledge of programming languages, SQL, data visualization;
Proficiency in Excel analytics and reporting functionality
(pivot tables, graphs, v-lookup, etc.) and Power Point;
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and work with
independence and initiative as well as strong problem-solving ability
thorough understanding of process around residential production
transactions;
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English
languages; Russian is desirable;
