• Maintaining a full recruiting cycle
• Support of candidates during the selection process

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields (Sociology, Psychology, etc.)
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• 1+ years of experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.

• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
