Preparing monthly reports on
employees usage for review of Department Director;
Liaison with the users and
bringing the new merchants to meet the monthly targets as well as to
maintain the number of merchants;
Assist in review and
implementation of additional merchants` proposal. Provide technical input
where required in the platform;
Data entry operations
(registering, entering, etc. ) for application and input of the new
merchants details and proposals ;
Directly provide user training
and customer support role for the Loyalty program users and
troubleshooting in case of miscommunication between the users and
merchant;
Supervise and co-ordinate with
the loyalty program account managers in each PH company and consider is
any marketing initiatives should be done in order to enhance customer
experience;
Constantly track the customer
satisfaction, analyzing reports;
Identify opportunities for
Program improvements;
Support Department Director in
carrying out other responsibilities relevant to the job role

3+ years of experience in
Marketing, Business or other related field;
Strong analytical skills with
the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant
amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
Solid problem-solving skills;
Ability to create detailed
spreadsheets, charts and presentations;
Good research abilities;
Proficient with Microsoft
Office Suite;
Fluency in Azerbaijani,
English, Russian is a plus.
