As Esyasoft CIS expands its presence in Azerbaijan, we are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical escalation point for clients, supporting application, data, and integration-related matters while ensuring SLA compliance, system stability, and billing-grade data accuracy.

Responsiblities:

• Provide L3 support for HES, MDMS, AMI Portal, analytics platforms, dashboards, and integration services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications, APIs, middleware, databases, schedulers, and data pipelines.
• Ensure system availability, performance, stability, and SLA compliance.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for client IT and AMI teams.
• Support integrations with billing, workforce management, and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor API/ESB performance, failures, message queues, and end-to-end data flows.
• Coordinate with client IT teams on changes, deployments, integration approvals, and validation.
• Resolve complex L3 incidents and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Monitor data quality and ensure billing-grade data accuracy and integrity.
• Support data security, access control, compliance, and change management requirements.
• Maintain dashboards, monitoring, alerts, and operational KPIs.
• Identify performance issues and proactively recommend improvements to system reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Softwre Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support within SLA-driven production environments.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/ESB, SQL databases, log analysis, monitoring tools, and MDMS/HES systems.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and software release cycles.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with excellent cross-team coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and present RCA findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, both written and spoken; Russian proficiency is an advantage.
