1. Customer relationship management

• Developing the customer base within the assigned portfolio and contributing to strengthening the company’s position in the market
• Driving proactive engagement with different customer segments and applying solution selling, demonstrating value across the full equipment lifecycle
• Ensuring the continuous development of customer relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Preparing and executing customer plans for the assigned portfolio and reporting the results to management
• Identifying key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers, and building lasting relationships with them
• Conducting regular site visits and identifying customer needs on site

2. Sales planning, pricing and offer preparation

• Responsibility for the preparation and execution of the Individual Sales Plan
• Participating in market and customer analysis to ensure the quality of sales planning
• Preparing commercial offers in line with the company’s pricing guidelines
• Gathering relevant information about competitors and the market from the field
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the company’s full range of solutions

3. Sales funnel management

• Running the sales process: managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
• Maintaining accurate and timely CRM data on contacts, customers, influencers and opportunities
• Reporting on won and lost deals and analysing the underlying reasons
• Focusing on the right customers based on proper customer analysis
• Building the correct value proposition for each customer
• Renewing existing maintenance contracts and preventing portfolio losses

4. Collaboration and professional development

• Working in coordination with the technical service, operations and finance departments and supporting the resolution of customer requests
• Applying the company’s sales methodology
• Continuous development of product and service knowledge
• Preparing periodic sales activity reports and presenting them to management

• Higher education (a degree in engineering, business administration or economics is an advantage)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (B2B sales experience is an advantage)
• Experience in the construction, industrial equipment or technical service sector is an advantage
• Ability to prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, result-oriented and self-motivated approach to work
• Excellent command of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Languages: Azerbaijani – fluent, English – working proficiency, Russian is an advantage
• Category B driving licence and active driving experience
