Review of QA/QC documents received from contractors, Material Approvals including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents. And/or coordinating/tracking/auditing assigned 3rd Party quality service provider assigned for all or some parts of above-mentioned requests.
Attend hold point inspections on site and request or assess them when necessary.
Issue official notices to the contractor for any nonconformities in executed work or materials used on site, and/or coordinate, track or audit the delegated third-party quality service provider managing these processes, as needed.
Reviewing/tracking/auditing ITPs received from contractors and/or coordinate, track, or audit the delegated third-party quality service provider managing these processes, as needed.
Reviewing Method of Statements received from contractors and/or coordinate, track, or audit the delegated third-party quality service provider managing these processes, as needed.
Update ITP tracking logs and communicate with contractors, and as needed, coordinate, track, or audit the delegated third-party quality service provider managing these processes.
Update material submittal tracking logs and communicate with contractors, and as needed, coordinate, track, or audit the delegated third-party quality service provider managing these processes.
Updating NCR Tracking Logs and communicating with contractors, construction teams and 3rd Party quality service providers.
Rise suggestions about directly involved processes for improvement and/or efficiency by a self-driven manner
Review of Close Out Documentations.
Attending Snag List Inspections.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or a related field.
The key experience requirements for a QA/QC Engineer include a strong background in MEP side of construction and quality management, knowledge of industry standards and regulations, experience in implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, resolving quality issues, coordinating with project teams, (if exist) assigned third party institutions for quality processes and utilizing quality management tools and software.
3-5 years of relevant experience in MEP side of construction quality assurance and quality control.
MS Office, Aconex and/or similar platforms
