Perform IFRS transition from statutory books by analysing and challenging various sort of transactions’ natures.
Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed (variance analysis, cost analysis etc.).
Perform month-end accounting activities such as review and reconciliations.
Coordinate with branch finance and accounting teams to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost savings.
Monitor expenditures, analyse revenues and determine budget variances and report results.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
Provide guidance to Accountants when needed.
Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Monitoring the recording of financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
Participation in ERP system implementation (if needed).
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Take active role in preparation of Financial Reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, and any other agreed management reports.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA is advantage)
Certification of ACCA (minimum F7 or DipIFR), CFA, CIMA is a big advantage
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting, 2 years in senior position (Work experience in big 4 audit companies is an advantage).
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Working experience with accounting or ERP software.
Good knowledge of English language.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
