Position Overview:

• As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of PASHA Travel. You will report to the CEO and manage a small team to develop and execute creative and strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, growth and achieve our business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Brand Strategy: Implement brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints that resonates with our target audience.
• Marketing Execution: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and offline activations.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (sales, product, and operations) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Support relationships with external agencies, media partners, and third-party vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
