We are seeking a Lawyer with strong expertise in contract management and corporate law, overseeing the full contract lifecycle and advising on complex commercial and cross-border matters. He/she will provide legal support on corporate governance, transactions, and risk mitigation to support business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing contract compliance.
• Provide legal advice on corporate law matters, including corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal corporate policies across all business activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks, proposing practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-border operations with legal structuring and documentation.
• Manage and improve contract management processes, templates, and approval workflows.
• Represent the company in negotiations with key clients, partners, and counterparties.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior legal staff, ensuring high legal standards and efficiency.
• Report material legal risks and developments to senior management and contribute to decision-making process.

Desired background:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
